This End User License Agreement (the "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD (the "Developer", "we", "us" or "our"). It governs your installation and use of any mobile application, game, website, downloadable build or other software product that we publish, own or operate (each, the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing or otherwise using the App you confirm that you have read this EULA, that you understand it and that you accept it in full. Subject to your continuous compliance with this EULA, MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to install and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Any other use — including any commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone else to:

• copy, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works based on the App or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas or algorithms of the App, except where this is expressly permitted by applicable law;
• remove, alter, obscure or circumvent any copyright, trademark, security, protection, licensing or activation mechanism of the App;
• rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute or commercially exploit the App or access to it, in whole or in part;
• use the App to develop a competing product or service, or to access features, areas or data that are not intended to be available to you;
• use any automated tool, bot, scraper or similar mechanism to interact with the App, or interfere with its normal operation, security or availability.

The App, together with all of its software, source and object code, content, designs, graphics, animations, sounds, characters, trademarks, logos and other branding elements, remains the exclusive property of MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. This EULA only grants you a limited right to use the App and does not transfer to you any ownership, title or intellectual property rights.

MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD may release updates, patches, hotfixes and new versions of the App at any time. We may also add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature, in-app item or part of the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability to you. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, operating system version or third-party service.

By using the App you acknowledge and agree that we may collect data generated by, or associated with, your use of the App, including without limitation:

• device information, operating system, hardware identifiers and App version;
• usage statistics, session length, feature interactions and crash logs;
• user-generated content such as inputs, notes, settings and preferences;
• advertising identifiers and information about engagement with advertisements;
• data received from integrated third-party services and SDKs;
• any other data that we reasonably need in order to operate, secure and improve the App.

The App may integrate third-party SDKs and services for analytics, advertising, attribution, crash reporting and similar purposes. By accepting this EULA you acknowledge such integrations and agree that data may be processed by those third parties in line with their own terms and privacy policies. The App may offer subscriptions of various durations, one-time purchases, special offers, seasonal promotions and other paid features, all selected at our sole discretion. All payments are processed by the app store platform from which you downloaded the App (such as Google Play or the App Store). Billing rules, automatic renewal, expiration, cancellation and refunds are governed by that platform's policies and by the description of the specific offer at the moment of purchase.

The App is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and completeness of data, reliability, uninterrupted operation, freedom from harmful components, any emotional, psychological or behavioural effect, and non-infringement of third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD, its directors, employees, contractors and partners shall not be liable for any:

• emotional, psychological or behavioural outcomes connected with the use of the App;
• loss, corruption, deletion or misinterpretation of data, including user-generated content;
• actions, content or omissions of other users or of any third-party service integrated with the App;
• direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages,

even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You acknowledge that the use of the App is voluntary and that you use it entirely at your own risk, including all of its features, content, in-app activities and any data generated through your use.

All rights, title and interest in and to the App, including any updates, modifications and derivative works, remain the exclusive property of MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution or modification of the App or its components may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

This EULA remains in force for as long as you use the App. MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD may suspend or terminate your license at any time, with or without notice, if you breach this EULA or any applicable law. Upon termination you must stop using the App and remove it from your devices. Sections relating to ownership, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.

This EULA and any matter arising from your use of the App are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside continue to apply where they cannot be excluded by agreement.

MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD may update or modify this EULA at any time. The current version is always available on this page, so please review it periodically. Your continued use of the App after a change has been published means that you accept the updated EULA.

When you use the image generation features of the Service, you voluntarily submit images, prompts, instructions, and related content at your own risk.

We process submitted images, prompts, and related content solely for the purpose of providing the requested AI-generated output, operating the Service, maintaining security and integrity, preventing abuse, enforcing our agreements, complying with applicable law, and protecting our rights, property, safety, and those of others.

We do not sell submitted input images or prompts. We do not use submitted input images to train our AI models.

We do not retain submitted input images after processing is completed, except for strictly limited transient technical processing reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce our agreements. Submitted input images may temporarily pass through volatile memory, short-lived cache, or temporary processing storage for the minimum time reasonably necessary to complete the requested functionality.

Submitted images, prompts, and related content may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, cloud, security, and AI service providers acting on our behalf and under our instructions solely for the limited purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any image, prompt, or other content you submit is lawful to disclose and process and does not violate any privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, contractual restrictions, or any other rights of any person or third party.

If any submitted image or prompt contains an identifiable person, personal data, private information, confidential information, private property, or third-party material, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all rights, permissions, notices, releases, and consents necessary for the submission and processing of that content.

We do not intentionally review submitted content on an individualized basis except where reasonably necessary to operate the Service, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, protect security, comply with law, respond to lawful requests by public authorities, or protect rights, property, or safety.

Because submitted input images are generally not retained after processing, we may be unable to retrieve, reproduce, return, or later delete a specific image once the relevant processing cycle has ended.

Generated outputs are created automatically by AI systems in response to user-submitted inputs. Generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, unsuitable, legally sensitive, or otherwise inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating any generated output before relying on, sharing, publishing, or otherwise using it.

The Service is not intended for the submission of identity documents, financial records, payment information, medical records, children's personal data, private correspondence, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive material. Any submission of such material is done solely at your own risk and responsibility.

The Service is not directed to children under 4 years old. Do not submit images containing children's personal data unless all legally required rights, permissions, and consents have been obtained.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect the Service and the limited data processing described in this Privacy Policy. However, no method of transmission, storage, or electronic processing is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.

The Service may rely on infrastructure, hosting, cloud, security, and AI processing providers acting on our behalf. We require such providers to process data only for the limited purposes described in this Privacy Policy. However, we do not control independent third-party websites, products, or services that are not operated by us or on our behalf, and we are not responsible for their separate content, policies, or practices.

We do not retain submitted input images after processing is completed except for limited transient technical processing reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce our agreements. • (b) you have obtained all permissions, licenses, notices, releases, and consents required for any personal data, likeness, image, confidential information, property, or third-party material included in the User Content;

• (d) you will not upload any image, prompt, or other content unless you are fully authorized to disclose and submit it for AI processing.

You must not upload or submit any image, prompt, or other content containing personal data, confidential information, identity documents, payment information, medical records, children's data, private correspondence, trade secrets, or any third-party material unless you are fully authorized to do so and such submission is lawful.

By submitting any User Content, you expressly request, instruct, and authorize MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD and its service providers to process such User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service, generating the requested output, maintaining security and integrity, preventing abuse, enforcing these Terms, complying with applicable law, and protecting rights, property, and safety.

MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD has no obligation to verify the legality, ownership, accuracy, permissions, releases, notices, or consents relating to any User Content. MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD is not responsible for monitoring User Content except as reasonably required to operate the Service, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, protect security, comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, property, or safety.

The Service provides AI-generated visualizations and related outputs for informational and creative purposes only. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, unsuitable, infringing, offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate. MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD makes no representation or warranty of any kind regarding any output generated by the Service. You are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, using, sharing, publishing, modifying, or relying on any output.

You acknowledge and agree that MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD is not responsible for personal data, confidential information, private information, or third-party material that you choose to include in any submitted image, prompt, or other User Content.

The Service may rely on infrastructure, hosting, cloud, security, and AI service providers acting on our behalf. We are not responsible for any independent third-party websites, products, or services that are not operated by us or on our behalf and that users may access separately from the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, OR FREE OF DEFECTS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ABSOLUTE SECURITY OF ANY TRANSMISSION, STORAGE, OR PROCESSING.

• (i) ANY IMAGE, PROMPT, OR OTHER USER CONTENT SUBMITTED BY YOU;
• (ii) ANY PERSONAL DATA, CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, OR THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL INCLUDED IN SUCH CONTENT;
• (iii) YOUR FAILURE TO OBTAIN ANY REQUIRED RIGHTS, PERMISSIONS, OR CONSENTS;
• (iv) YOUR USE, SHARING, PUBLICATION, MODIFICATION, OR RELIANCE ON ANY GENERATED OUTPUT; OR
• (v) ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, WEBSITE, OR PRODUCT NOT OPERATED BY US OR ON OUR BEHALF.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, investigations, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• (i) your User Content;
• (ii) your use of the Service;
• (iii) your breach of these Terms;
• (iv) your violation of any law or regulation; or
• (v) your infringement or violation of any privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any third party.

Because submitted input images are generally not retained after processing, MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD may be unable to retrieve, reproduce, return, or later delete a specific image once processing has been completed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD has no obligation to verify the legality, ownership, accuracy, permissions, releases, notices, or consents relating to any User Content. MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD is not responsible for monitoring User Content except as reasonably required to operate the App, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, protect security, comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, property, or safety.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, LIABILITY, COST, FINE, PENALTY, OR EXPENSE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

• (i) ANY IMAGE, PROMPT, OR OTHER USER CONTENT SUBMITTED BY YOU;
• (ii) ANY PERSONAL DATA, CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, OR THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL INCLUDED IN SUCH CONTENT;
• (iii) YOUR FAILURE TO OBTAIN ANY REQUIRED RIGHTS, PERMISSIONS, OR CONSENTS;
• (iv) YOUR USE, SHARING, PUBLICATION, MODIFICATION, OR RELIANCE ON ANY GENERATED OUTPUT; OR
• (v) ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, WEBSITE, OR PRODUCT NOT OPERATED BY US OR ON OUR BEHALF.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, investigations, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• (i) your User Content;
• (ii) your use of the App or Service;
• (iii) your breach of this EULA;
• (iv) your violation of any law or regulation; or
• (v) your infringement or violation of any privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any third party.

This license is effective until terminated. MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App or Service at any time, with or without notice, if MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD reasonably believes that you have violated this EULA, applicable law, or the rights of any third party, or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or MBR PROPERTY LISTING LTD.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Do not upload any image unless you are fully willing to assume all risks associated with that upload.

You are solely responsible for everything visible in any image you submit, including any personal data, confidential information, private information, faces, children, documents, screens, addresses, or other identifiable details.

Do not upload any image unless you have full legal authority and all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for every person, object, place, and data element appearing in that image.

By continuing, you expressly request and authorize processing of the selected image and prompt for the sole purpose of generating the requested AI-based output and operating the Service.

If you do not accept full responsibility for the image and its contents, do not use this feature.

You use the Service and submit any images, prompts, instructions, and other content entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for everything you submit, including any personal data, confidential information, or third-party material contained in any image or prompt, and for obtaining all rights, permissions, and consents required for such submission and processing. We do not sell submitted input images or prompts, we do not use submitted input images to train our AI models, and we do not retain submitted input images after processing is completed except for limited transient technical processing reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce our agreements. Submitted content may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, cloud, security, and AI service providers acting on our behalf for the limited purposes described herein. We make no representation or warranty regarding any AI-generated output, and you are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, using, sharing, publishing, modifying, or relying on any output. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability arising out of or related to your submitted content, your failure to obtain required rights or consents, your use of any generated output, and any independent third-party services not operated by us or on our behalf.
